In addition to metal wire products, our coil wrapping line can also be adapted to package other ring-shaped items within suitable size ranges such as hoses, tires, bearings, and steel strips.

Our wire coil wrapping machine is equipped with a PLC control system. By simply entering the width, inner diameter, and outer diameter into the system, it automatically adjusts the strapping length and the number of coil rotations to accommodate different coil sizes.
